Home / Free diagnosis
I don't ask you to take my word for it. I diagnose the constraint first.
Free, done on products I don't work for, before I ever ask you to trust a claim. This is the same diagnosis, on yours.
What I actually do
- Go through your funnel as three different buyers, from first click to the point money changes hands
- Time how long it takes to reach the thing that is worth paying for
- Count every step, every form field and every retry along the way
- Find the stage where the most people stop, and work out what that stage costs you
- Write it up plainly — what I did, what happened, what I would change first
What I won't do is guess from screenshots. Every finding here comes from actually using your product as a buyer would.
If there's a constraint worth fixing
Diagnose
This is where that happens — the teardown above finds the specific stage where interest stops turning into revenue.
Quantify
What that stage is actually costing you, so the fix can be judged against the cost of leaving it alone.
Fix
The highest-impact change gets implemented first — not everything at once.
Measure
Whether the economics actually moved. That's the only measure of whether it worked.
Why it's free
Because a stranger's opinion is worth less than a stranger's data, and I'd rather show you the diagnosis than describe it. If there's a constraint worth fixing, steps 02 through 04 above are the conversation to have next — on your terms, not mine. If there isn't, you've lost nothing and I've learned something about another funnel.
